HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 14                                            
Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                
the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 11,                   
relating to good time credits for prisoners serving sentences of               
imprisonment for certain murders.                                              
                                                                               
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that, without objection HCR 14, will be held in             
second reading to the May 18, 1999, calendar.
